At Amar Kosa, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail and love, by our skilled artisans who put their heart and soul into creating something unique and special for you.

We ensure that each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly examined for quality. Please note that any variations in colour or texture are not defects, but rather natural characteristics that add to the unique beauty of our products. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require you to cancel your order, however we ask that you carefully consider this when placing an order with us, keeping in mind the work and people behind it. 

 

Cancellation policy

If you’d like to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can email us at info@amarkosa.com.

 

Return policy 

We take great care in ensuring that your order meets our strict quality standards before it ships out. However, if you happen to receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please do let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@amarkosa.com with the subject line: RETURNS along with the pictures of the product. 

Please note that we cannot accept clothing returns without prior communication since a reverse pick-up will be arranged for the same from our end. 

In order to place a return, kindly ensure that the original tags and packaging are intact. Once we’ve received the return, you will be provided with store credit of the same value that will be valid for online purchases till next 3 months. 

 

Exchange policy 

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer hassle-free exchanges for a different size. If your desired size is not currently available, we're happy to provide you with store credit that is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your clothes via email about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we will accept returns within the next 15 days. Please note that any costs associated with an exchange will be borne by the customer.
