  1. How many days will you take to ship my order?
    • Since all the orders are made to order we take 10 working days to ship out the order.
  1. Can I expedite my order?
    • Yes! We offer a priority order service, where we can ship out within 24-48hrs. However, priority orders will be charged extra, depending upon the style you select.
  1. How long will it take me to get my order, after it’s been shipped?
    • For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.
  1. What delivery options do you offer?
    • As a standard free delivery process, we offer speed-post, however, for local Bangalore based customers, we offer additional dunzo service also, which will be charged to the customer.
  1. Is there any delivery fees?
    • For orders above Rs 999, there is no additional delivery charge, if sent via speed post. If you want it to be sent to you by dunzo or any other priority service, it will be charged extra.
  1. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
    • At this time we don’t accept credit cards from outside India, however, we do ship outside India to a few countries. You can connect with us with details on info@amarkosa.com.
  1. How can I pay for my order?
    • We accept multiple payment options: debit cards, credit cards, net banking.  We also accept payment wallets -Paytm, Google pay, BHIM, UPI, PhonePe.
  1. Do you offer COD?
    • Unfortunately at this point, we do not accept COD.
  1. How can I check the status of my order?
    • We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email along with the tracking details.
  1. Can I cancel or change my order?
    • We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we can only accept cancellation within 24hrs after placing the order.
  1. Can I exchange my order?
    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Although we have a very strict quality check department, however, if there is any human error from our side, we will replace the product. Simply return the unused goods back to us, and we will do the needful.
  1. Where can I find product sizing information?
    • Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page, under the garment “measurement tab” as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the product laying flat.

  1. Will the colors in your fabrics bleed when washed?
    • No, it won’t run color while washing, but being handloom it might rub color, especially the naturally dyed indigos. We suggest all clothes to be hand washed separately in mild detergent and dried in the shade unless specified for dry clean.
  1. Are the colors used safe for children?
    • Yes, the colors are totally safe for children. Most of the dyes we use are natural dyes that are hypoallergenic and safe on skin.
  1. If the dress does not fit me properly, will you alter it for me?
    • Yes. Once you purchase a dress from us, we take full responsibility for the fit. If you feel the dress needs alterations or refitting, you may send it to us, the best part is, that all our clothes have a lot of margins inside. If you want to get the dress altered later, you can always reach back to us.
  1. What fabrics do you normally work with?
    • We work with Natural Handloom fabrics like cotton, linen, hemp, flax, silks, and even organic cotton. All these fabrics come directly from the weavers from various parts of the country.
  1. Are your masks available in smaller sizes for kids?
    •  Yes absolutely, we have 2 sizes, regular size for adults, and small size for kids. We offer 2 options in our masks, the first option is with cotton fabric ties at the back or the other option is with soft elastic which goes behind the ears. Also in-case someone wants the size or design to be customized, we do that as well. We also offer a choice of double layers or triple layers for the masks.   1. Are your products sustainable?
    • Yes, our products are sustainable. All the clothes made at AMAR KOSA are exclusively handcrafted with special attention given to the smallest of details. We are extremely conscious and aware of the environment and hence try to recycle all our waste to its maximum utilization.

    • We have our studio and office based out of Bangalore.
